Ben Cooper is a retired stage, screen and television actor and Diamond Direct distriubtor in Amway. My name is Craig White and I am married to Ben's daughter Kelley. We are trying to raise money to help with Ben's Assisted Living Memory Care Facility expenses.

Ben needs your help because like so many people his planning for retirement didn’t last. He is now 82 and has dementia and is living in a memory care facility requiring 24 hour care. Ben no longer has any savings and his social security and residual income from his time as a Diamond Direct distrubtor in amway isn't enough to cover all of his expenses. With an average shortfall of $1500 a month we are trying to raise $18,000 to help cover one year's worth of care.

His few remaining family members are helping the best we can but we and Ben could use some additional help. If you are a fan of Ben's or a friend we have set up this Go Fund Me campaign to raise money to help with Ben's care. Any support would be greatly appreciated.

Please let anyone know who you think might be interested in this campaign. Let's see if we can help Ben live his life getting the supportive care that he needs.

If any funds remain after Ben passes on, the remaining funds will be donated to Ben's favorite charities listed below.

- St. Judes Children's Hospital
- The Wounded Warrior Project
- Happy Trails Children's Foundation

Hi, unfortunately the campaign has stalled lately. Craig, Ben's son in law visited 46 facilities before choosing this one he is in as the best care for the cost. If the campaign doesn't pick up I'm not sure how much longer he will be able to stay.

Please get the word out on your social media.

Thanks

Ben was one of our frequent and very popular guest stars at the Williamsburg Film Festival. We've really missed his smiling face, jokes and funny stories. We will be helping our friend .

Ben was the guest at the Williamsburg Film Festival, Williamsburg, VA many times. He was a favorite of the fans with his stories and twinkling smile. He is sorely missed by all who love 'old time' westerns.

I'm so sorry to hear that Ben is doing poorly. I'll remember him as Sandy on Laramie. May the trail rise up to meet you and the sun rest gently on your brow.

Sad news. All my favorite Western actors are all getting old. Not too many good Westerns nowadays like during Ben's generation. Hope you meet your goal.
