JULIE'S JOURNEY from CANCER TO JOY

Donation protected
I am a woman on a journey of healing. In 2013 I was diagnosed with ovarian cancer and had 6 organs removed.  When they told me it was time for chemo, I told them no thank you, and began a journey of healing relying totally on the abundance of nature - and on my "village", because I found "it takes a village" to heal from cancer. So many people and opportunities and new knowledge about healing cropped up and really fell at my feet.

I was inspired to write a book on my journey and I called it The Vocabulary of Joy: Celebrating the Blessings of Life with Cancer.  The book will be ready in the next two weeks to publish, and I am asking for help from my 'village' so the money will be safely in my bank account prior to October 3rd when I send in the files!  I will use the money to buy the ISBN ($99) and the initial copies that will be for sale at the book launch in October.  I also need a few copies to send to the leaders in healing cancer naturally around the country, and some modest money for other marketing expenses.

With the book I hope to inspire people to see cancer itself as a wonderful tool for healing, and to come to understand there is so much power within themselves and in the world around them - the magnificent power of Mama Nature - to help regain balance and harmony in their body and in their life.  Support is all around us!

I am so grateful to those of you who have helped in the last few months and to those of you who lept in when I called for help yesterday. I am envisoning that the book will help me raise the funds to support my own natural treatment of cancer, so if you can help with a bit of money AND if you can share that vision with me, I'd be so very grateful.

We reset the counter last night, but the first 4 donations went through just fine.  THANK YOU!!!

I will let you know as soon as the Book Launch is scheduled and you can come and join me in the beautiful rooftop ballroom of the Battery Park apartments at sunset, sometime in October.

With much love and appreciation,
Julie
