Nous voulons une vraie loi qui protégera tous les citoyens, d'attaque de chiens dangereux. Une loi qui bannit les Pitbulls est inefficace et injuste envers cette race.
Les chiens sont des individus avec une personnalité. Ce ne sont pas des clones, tous ont les potentiel d'être bons ou méchants. Cela dépendra en grande partie de la main de l'homme.
Adoptons une loi qui est applicable, claire, juste, raisonable et efficace. Définissons clairement les comportements dangereux et appliquons la loi à tous les chiens et à tous leurs maîtres.
Mon épouse et moi n'avons pas de chien présentement mais avions récemment songé à aller chercher «fifille» une chienne pitbull âgée de 7 ans qu'un citoyen avait retourné au refuge de la Rive-Sud. Malheureusement nous ne pouvons plus adopter cette race de chien à Boucherville depuis le 30 juin.
Je sympathise avec tous les propriétaires de chiens de type pitbull qui, dorénavant, doivent faire porter une muselière à leur compagnon qui n'a pourtant rien fait.
La discrimination n'a pas sa place chez les humains et elle n'a pas sa place dans notre société, un point c'est tout.
Bien que J'aie déjà engagé 10,000$ pour entreprendre cette cause, j'ai besoin de l'aide de gens qui pensent comme moi. Je m'engage à ajouter 5% à vos contributions (jusqu'à un maximum de 3,750$) qui iront directement auprès de l'Étude Grey Casgrain, avocats.
A la fin de la campagne, je présenterai sur ce site la preuve que le produit de la campagne aura été versé au bénéfice de notre cause.
Espérant fortement qu'au dessus de la loi, il y a la justice...pour tous les êtres vivants

We want an effective regulation that will protect all citizens from viscious dogs. A law which banishes Pitbulls is ineffetvive and it is unjust towards the race.
Dogs are individuals with a personality; they are not clones. All dogs have the potential to be good or bad. That will depend mostly on the hand of man.
Let's adopt a law that is enforceable, clear, just, reasonable and effective. Let's define clearly what are unacceptable dangerous behaviours and let's apply this law to all dogs and their owners.
My wife and I do not own a dog. However, when the city of Boucherville passed its new by-law banning all Pitbull type dogs, we were overwhelmed by sadness at seeing the local refuge fill-up with abandoned pitbull type dogs. Weconsidered adopting «fifille» a 7 year old female. However we could not: the by-law forbids new adoptions.
We sympatize with all owners of Pitbull type dogs in Boucherville (and in many other cities in the Province of Québec) that must now walk their dogs with a muzzle although these dogs have done nothing wrong.
Discrimination has no place among humans and it should not have its place anywhere in our society, period. Fear shoul not drive our decisions: Understanding and comprehension should.
Although we have already committed 10,000$ to engage a court action in the Québec Superior court, we need the help of people that think the same way. My wife and I will add 5% of all funds received (up to 3,750$). Alle the funds will go to pay legal fees of our law firm Grey Casgrain, a reputable law firm in Montreal.
At the end of the campaign, we will post a summary of funds received and a confirmation that these funds were remitted to the Pitbull legal file at Gery Casgrain
We hope that behond tha law there is justice for all living beings.
