Jordan's fight against cancer

August 31st, 2016 Will be a day my sister will remember for the rest of her life. Jordan (Tonya's son) was diagnosed with a brain tumor. Two days later he was rushed into surgery, having it removed. The frozen pathology report determined it was an aggressive malignant tumor. We are now waiting for the final report to come back with the grading / stage before the doctors can determine how aggressive his chemo &radiation treatment needs to be. We found out his tumor was Medulloblastoma Stage IV .

It all started back in May, Jordan started getting sick over the course of a few months, his symptoms started progressively getting worse. My sister was in and out of doctors appointments, emergency room visits, and test after test came back clear and normal. It wasn't until, she took him to eye specialist (Dr. Marascalco) during what was suppose to be a normal follow up eye exam that finally gave her the answers that she had been looking for. During the exam, Dr, Marascalco saw Jordan had an alarming amount of pressure on his optic nerves, he knew something was wrong, and put in a urgent order for Jordan to have a MRI, a few hours later Tonya was back in his office with the results.

As most of you know my sister is a single parent raising two children, and with this life altering diagnoses, it will require constant around the clock care while he undergoes upcoming expensive chemo / radiation therapy. With all the unforeseen expenses and out of pocket healthcare cost. We are asking for your generosity through donations to help with Jordan's fight against childhood cancer.
