Proudly, I am writing to you to announce the 2nd Annual CT House Music Festival to be held in Hartford, CT's own Bushnell Park on Saturday, June 29, 2019. This year's Festival will also include a Block Party in Hartford, CT's own Pratt Street followed by a party at Vaughan's Public House on Friday, June 28, 2019. Last year's 1st Annual on Father's Day Sunday, June 17, 2018 proved to be an outstanding community event with more than one thousand adults and children enjoying an afternoon of house music with CT's own club and radio disk jockeys and music producers, a 25% increase over the Inaugural on Memorial Day Sunday, May 28, 2017. The CT House Music Festival allows its attendees, from not only here but also surrounding states, to engage in an expressive form of music and dance. Supporting the CT House Music Festival means contributing to the appreciation of the arts, Bushnell Park, and the vibrancy of the downtown area as well as promoting safe, family entertainment.
The previous CT House Music Festivals, in part, were successful because of the business community’s generosity though monetary sponsorship. In return, we continue to offer valuable incentives that recognize your business in a variety of forms leading up to and including the day of the event. We need your help again this year. Please consider becoming a distinguished sponsor and join us as we anticipate another strong response from the community and another successful CT House Music Festival.

Sponsorship Levels
Platinum (Maximum Vendor) Sponsorship Level >= $500
You and/or your company logo included on the Bushnell Park Pavilion backdrop and the DJ Booth and your company mentioned in FM and internet radio advertising, on Facebook, and at event.
Gold (Intermediate Vendor) Sponsorship Level >= $200
You and/or your company logo included on the DJ Booth and your company mentioned in FM and internet radio advertising, on Facebook, and at event.
Silver (Minimum Vendor) Sponsorship Level >= $75
You and/or your company mentioned in FM and internet radio advertising, on Facebook, and at event.
Bronze (No Vendors Allowed) > $0
You and/or your company mentioned on Facebook and at event.
All vendors wishing to sell anything at this year’s event must purchase a minimum of Silver Sponsorship. This will cover any costs required by the city to have vendors present as well as help with advertising and marketing costs. This sponsorship will allow you to freely sell your food, beverages, or merchandise, as long as you meet all requirements for presentation and execution of your vending.

Food vendors must submit either their Food Service License or contact the City of Hartford Department of Health and Human Services at (860) [phone redacted] for a Temporary Food Service License Application, complete it, and submit proof of submission of your Temporary Food Service License.
Beverage and/or merchandise vendors must submit their Itinerant Peddlers License from the City of Hartford’s Licenses and Inspections Division.
Tents over 200 square feet require a permit and inspection from the Fire Marshal’s office, and additional inspections may be required by the Department of Public Works for tents in parks to avoid damage to City’s irrigation lines. No cooking taking place in tents. No generators, bleachers, and stages. All inspections must take place prior to the event.
All license submissions are required on or before 5-29.
