The Rogers Family

For any of you who have been touched by the Rogers family now is our time to give back to them. For those of you who don't know them, Caleb and Rebecca have been involved in full time ministry their entire married lives and have sacrificially poured endless hours into helping others. They have 4 awesome kids and their oldest, Canaan has Downs Syndrome. He has battled through many different health issues over his short life and when he was an infant he nearly lost his life due to an intestinal blockage. Yesterday he underwent an extensive 10+ hour surgery to replace a bad hip. He will now be in a half body cast for 6 weeks and then followed by months of rehabilitation. This alone is a challenge for any family to go through but in addition to this Caleb found himself without a job 2 weeks before this surgery. They have never wavered in their faith and that God is their provider and healer. Two things we can do for them. First and most importantly is to PRAY! Pray for strength, peace, provision and healing. Second, if you would like to practically help meet some of their financial needs please consider giving. It will be difficult embarking on a job search when your oldest child is in the hospital. Canaan is a tough kid with a sweet and tender heart. These journeys are tough, let's help lighten the load.
