On Sunday I'm doing my first ever Triathlon . Partly because Alison Harvie blackmailed me but also because I'm trying to get fit.
A triathlon is an abnormal level of activity for me and it might be quite hard. So I thought why not try and raise a bit of money too.
Ashbourne Parkinson's group made a huge difference to my Dad's life and continues to be a supportive network for my Step-mum. Local groups like this always have to raise their own funds and so I'd love to give them some cash from doing this.
