I went back to school last spring to finish a degree in Human Services that I started back in the 80's.
When I started back at Lesley University last spring, I was working and financial aid was timely, so everything went smoothly. However, I have been out of work for 3 months now due to a chronic health condition without income; and with the new school year, financial aid is slowed down.
I can take classes but I just found out that financial aid will not arrive before the beginning of the semester and I was counting on that money to buy my textbooks.
Any help is appreciated. I just want to finally finish school and be able to give back for all the help I've received over the years.
