Kishor's fight to beat lung cancer

My name is Rishi Gandhi. That's me on the left. The man in the front is my father, Jay Gandhi, called 'Kishor' by my family, because of his radient smile, and his ability to make everyone joyous.
My father grew up dreaming of moving to the United States, but was unable to see himself through the citizenship process. He was able to work hard, and send me to school in the United States from the age of 13. He worked hard to support me thousands of miles away.
While I was in school, he worked hard to also keep my ailing mother who suffers to this day from various illnesses. Today, I want to work hard for my father.
My father was recently diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer, and I need all the help I can get to help deal with the medical expenses. To date he was admitted to a hospital two months ago for undiagonosed Adison's Diesease, but with no visible improvements. As it turns out his Adison's was by lung cancer.
I have set the goal to $500,000 as I need to account for all potential medical expenses, known and unknown. He currently lives in Tunis, Tunisia as a retiree, because he enjoys the weather and the medeteranian lifestyle. I am hoping to relocate him to either the UK or the US for cancer treatment.
Ideally, I'd like the funds as soon as possible. Meeting my funding goal would mean everything to me. My father is the lynchpin that held my family together during the tough times of my youth. I want to come through for him in his toughest time of need.
