VCA Science Program

I teach Science at Victory Christian Academy, a small private school in New York where our leaders do everything they can to see that I have the necessary resources to teach our students.  My passion is to help students become explorers of God’s creation so that they can understand their world and their place in it. I am always energized when students are excited about science, about our experiments, and the great discussions they inspire. 

Unfortunately, the challenge is providing my students with a science program that can accomplish just this.  I supplement the older textbooks we use with as many resources as I can afford.  However, our school is located in an economically challenged environment with fresh young minds but too few resources to reach them in the way I know would engage and benefit them.

This is where your help would be so appreciated by both my students and me.  I am looking to purchase new textbooks as well as lab equipment, goggles, microscopes, lab coats, and a whiteboard for the upcoming school year. 

Please considering helping us build a science program that can meet the ever-growing interests of our students.  The next astronaut or physicist might be sitting in my class!
