Hi everybody,
My name is Naro and I am a single parent of the two most amazing kids... My son Arsen is 15, and my daughter Sarineh is 12. They are fun, smart and intelligent, athletic, love sports, musical, and very kind, sensitive kids with a great sense of humor.
Arsen was diagnosed with Ewing Sarcoma, which is a form of bone cancer, in July, and we are now in the thick of chemotherapy and starting radiation soon.
I have been a single parent for 8 years now and have had a ridiculously hard time. Back in April I started to turn life around for us after being offered an excellent temporary job which would have lead to numerous permanent opportunities. Unfortunately I had to leave that company in order to focus on getting my son cured.
Now we are faced with paying rent, keeping car payments going, along with car insurance, oil heat for the house, and the electric bill. Doctors said that I wouldn't be able to work again until late Spring, 2017.
I have never done this before, but at this point feel that I need to reach out for many reasons. Some being to keep a roof over our heads, food on the table, a car to bring my son to treatments and my daughter to all her activities, just to name a few.
I, along with my kids, have always been the ones to help others in need and we absolutely love helping and bringing happiness to people, young and old. To say that we would be appreciative of your help is an understatement. Words can't even express the appreciation and gratitude we would have if we could just get through the next 8 months with some help.
We would appreciate any help you could give as soon as possible. Please know that we would love to give back and help out as soon as we can.
