Kidnapped Brother Is Dead

My brother Jonathan Tarvin was kidnapped back in April of this year. Witnesess have said he was drug out of his home in Missouri and put into a chokehold with a gun pushed up to his head. The suspects in question called the Sheriff Dept and asked for him to be removed. When no one showed they called again and said "if you don't come take care of him I will do it myself"! That was when they forced him into a car.....never to be seen or heard from again.
A week later, a friend of his found out that this had happened to him and reported it to the aurthorities. He was officially registered as a missing person on May 4.
We were not notified of this until Aug 24 when my brothers friend called and told us. The authorities never notified us that he was a missing person and they did not look into this any further until I stared calling them and asking questions.
I started calling the authorities and asking questions on Aug 25th and on Aug 30th the police arrested and charged two suspects that admitted to murdering him. They shot him, tied him to a four wheeler and dragged him to a wood pile where they set him on fire ( according to press releases).
I am currently talking with the press and looking for an attorney for the negligent handling of this investigation.
I would like to gahter enough money to fly my mother
and myself out to Missouri for any and all court dates. I would also like to have a small memorial for him. Please help us reach our goal so that we can see an end to this horrible event.
