Skin removal after loosing 90kg

At the age of 16 I weighed 186kg. This was due to a lot of poor choices made by myself and also due to being misdiagnosed and wrongly medicated from a young age until I was diagnosed properly with Asperger and sterge Webber syndrome. Been rightly medicated it helped my mind work properly and I saw a new light in life. From here on I started my weight loss journey where I have now lost a massive 90kg. However along with this has come a lot of loose and saggy skin (as shown below) which holds me back from doing alot of thing! I would like to get removed to help me on my way as a personal trainer and to also enjoy my life.
