Kenneth's custody battle fund

Help Kenneth get custody of his daughter Christine who is in foster care in Virginia. He just found out in the past year that he was her father. The mother never told him about her while he was still stationed there while in the Marines.  After traveling up there to spend time with her he feels that she needs to be with family.  We go to court on September 22 in Virginia. Kenneth is going to school right now to better himself and is living on his GI   bill. That does not leave a lot of money for lawyers. He has spent over 1000 dollars just to find out he was her dad. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
