Let's help our buddy, Steve Wheeler

Hey, guys. My name is Fabian Campos and I'm from Denton, TX. I'm creating this campaign to help out my good friend and automotive journalist brother, Steve Wheeler. Steve and his family live in Baton Rouge and were recently affected by the terrible flooding in Louisiana.

Steve had just finished remodeling his daughter's house which took on 7’ of water and completely submerged all of his carpentry tools that were still there. Steve mentioned the best help he could receive would be to replace his lost tools. Given his experience and recently honed skills in renovation work, he’s only hampered in rebuilding his house, his daughter's house and helping his neighbors by a lack of tools.

Our goal is to raise this money within the next 7-10 days and I'd love your help in getting us there as quickly as possible. When the campaign is over we will get a gift card to send directly to Steve so he can get the tools he needs.

Steve has been a good friend and mentor to me and so many others in the automotive press community and I'd like to help say "thanks" during this very difficult time.
