Fighting for our baby

Our baby was tooken from us and held on temporary custody . The allegations are severe pbysical abuse and negligence. I am a lisenced vocational nurse and my first job was with kids with dissabilities that were tooken from families by court or voluntary . I have dealt with social workers while working at the facility . . Our situation is this we need money to hire a lawyer to win back our son. Our families are broken and i especially dealing with postpartum depression and with this situatiom has made my life impossible. As we all know the first few months is crucial and neither us as parents or baby have been bonding due to temporary hold.

I had my baby on the 9th of february. And very displeased wit h my delivery due to service provided. Before delivery i had infection gbs and was given antibiotics for it and was cleared before giving birth. Our blessing was born and was cleared from infection. I was told my baby would be on hold for a day due to his lab works being point off not alarming. Before i got discharged they told me that the baby was cleared and we asked them what was the hold for our baby they did not know. We went and did some errands and came back to the nursery. I began to breast feed and another baby was crying throught 30 to 45 min of breast feeding. We were upset due to the fact that no nurse was taking care of him. We were also upset becuase we demanded to talk to the doctor and doctor never came. We were upset also for the fact that the nurse when we arrived stated she changed him and when we checked he had dry feces in his diaper.we asked the nurse why he was being held and she gave no explanation and stated the baby was fine. We ask to sign against medical advice. And shortly after the nurse said he wasnt fine. Me and the father asked her one more time and said the baby labs are fine but we just need to monitor him. We signed agisnt medicak advice due to the fact the lack of care . Contraindicating statments and no doctor available. Day later i filed a report against them. Days after that social service intruded our home and stating the nurse told us regarding infection he could possibly get it days later and instructed us to leave him there. Which was never the truth. They filed it as negligence. On march 6th social worker brought a nurse to check the baby to close the case due to inssufficient evidence and stated the baby had no bruises or anything and was fine. On march 8th at 2am in the morning baby leg was swollen i checked his thigh to see if he had any cuts or bug bites and nothing. We went immediately to er and found the baby to have a fractured femur. The baby was then tooken from us at millers hospital on sever physical abuse. My baby was diagnosedwith brittle bon disease and prematurity of the bones. There were no evidence of any bruising and till this day no bruising or scratches appear. Now they are allegating negligent and sever physical abuse with no reunification for both of us.
