OUR KIDS DISPLACED BY LA FLOODING-

My daughter and her husband Clint along with 4 children (our grandchildren) 10 year old Mackenzie, 8 year old Austin, 2 year old Esmae, and 5 month old Charlee, moved to Louisiana to start a better life for their large family. My son in law is a former Law Enforcement Officer who took a civilian position with Homeland Security working and training Coast Guard members. They worked very hard and finally purchased a new home so they could live comfortably. My daughter home schools their children. They were told by the builder, the insurance company, and by the inspector that they were in a "no flood zone" and that type of insurance would be unnecessary. As of today, they have been displaced from their home due to a massive flood in Ponchatoula Louisiana. Their 8 month old home is being destroyed by the flood waters. They are devastated! I really have no idea the amount of money needed to get them back on their feet and have their home fixed, but we know it will be extensive. New foundation, new drywall, mold removal, you name it. Please is you can find it in your hearts to help them, your rewards will be in Heaven. Please spread this far and wide.
