Help Our Mom Beat Cancer
To anyone looking to donate towards a good cause, this is a worthy one.
Eight years ago, our mom was diagnosed with breast cancer. She beat it but not without chemo, radiation, a left mastectomy, and lymph nodes removed from under her arm. She remained in remission until 2 years ago when the doctors told her that she has Stage 4 Amplified Breast Cancer. Her breast cancer had mutated and came back in many different places in her body but mainly in her lower spine. This caused her pelvic bones to fracture. She had to have 9 screws placed in her pelvic area to hold her together and keep her walking.
The chemo treatments she was receiving in South Carolina stopped working which caused her cancer to progress. She has now been accepted to MD Anderson in Houston, TX for more advanced treatments.
For 27 years, Rita has been working from home making beautiful handmade banners for churches and private homes while raising 4 children on her own. Her illness has left her unable to make anymore banners until she gets well.
We are asking for your donations to help our mom pay for her medical bills. Any amount will be a blessing.
To our family:
Please do not donate. All of you have helped and are still helping in so many ways.
