Kimberly Trevino

Hello, my name is Kimberly Trevino.  I am 17 years old.  I am currently battling Leukemia.  At the age of 13 I was diagnosed with bone cancer.  During my battle, I have been in and out of the hospital and have had to miss school numerous times.  
I have known Jose Luis Hernandez all of my life. He is like an uncle to me.  I would always prefer to sit next to him during family reunions because I knew he would make me laugh with all his great stories and jokes.  I will forever be grateful for his wisdom and friendship to my family.  
I am very grateful that  he chose to be selfless and that one of his last wishes was that I would get the medical attention I need to continue in my battle with cancer.
