Jonathan M. Thompson  SHREVEPORT, LA
I recently lost my love, Tammy. She had a heart attack and was gone from me. There was nothing that could be done. She was very special, very loveabe and everything to me. She loved her dog Buddy, she loved dragons and unicorns and My Little Pony. She was a player of Magic the Gathering, and loved RPGs and would play anything I wanted just to play it with me. My heart is broken, and I am having to deal with that along with handling the funeral expenses and seeing to her last wishes. Something like this you can never really plan for or expect. The funeral home has quoted me as a minimum of $5000 needed to cover everything. Its a horrible thing to lose the love of your life, and I appreciate everyone that is willing to lend me a hand.

Most of you know me, I am not one for airing my private life in public. There was just so much, I couldnt do this by myself. As you can probably imagine, the last few days have been extremely difficult for me. I think I just am barely getting through each and every day. My routine had been destroyed and my world feels like its just stopped. Ive been going through the motions each and every day, but some days its a fight to get from point a to point b. Today has been one of those days, I woke up..decided I couldnt face the day and went back to bed. She was the person outside of my son that I loved more than anything in this world. To me she was the world. Everything in my house reminds me of her, and I cant help buy sit back and cry several times a day. I want you all to know how much I appreciate each and every single one of you. I wish I had the words to convey how much this really means to me, but for a writer I am a bit short on words. I love you all, and Tammy would be sending her gratitude as well if she were able.

I dont have the right words to express how grateful I am to everyone that has donated to help me with this. Its not something I ever thought I would deal with. I love all of you for your generous help. I am scheduled to meet again with the funeral home tomorrow, the coroner is releasing her to the funeral home. Again, thank every single one of you

I just learned that this shows an April 2013 date. I will explain why, back in April of 2013 I was searching for a platform to fund some gaming projects, but I settled on Kickstarter for that task. This account was created but sitting empty for all this time. I never thought it would need to be used. It was here so I just set up the campaign, I didnt know that it would show that original date and since I didnt know really how this platform worked I didnt know to look for it. This is my first time ever using it, and I am sorry for any confusion the date may have caused. I promise that this is all real. And I truly appreciate you giving me the tools for me to help my love one last time.
