As I write this I am in tears for a Man I didn't know, but in our world, the Arbonne world, Arnold Pinilla is family to all of us from the Consultants in the field to the IT Department. When one of us is hurt... we are all hurt and there is a still and silent sadness in our offices and homes this week as we mourn the passing of this amazing individual. Many may have met Arnold at GTC or talked to him on the phones at some time or another. Arnold dedicated 6 years to serving the Arbonne community, he has been with us since 2010. His story written with the help of a co-worker is below........
"Arnold Pinilla, an Arbonne employee in Addison, TX since 2010 was murdered Saturday Night, 7-30-2016. It appears his assailant was an "imposter" Uber driver, who demanded money. There was an argument and Arnold was stabbed and died in the arms of his girlfriend.
Arnold was 34 years old and was the only child of Luis Pinilla and Esparanza Pinilla. He leaves behind a young son Sebastian who is 9 years old.
While at Arbonne he held several positions, but his most recent, and the one he loved was a Business Acceptance Tester....we fondly call that team BATS.
Arnold had the personality and charisma that 'lit up our call center'. His smile was contagious and his personality was huge. He was always so willing to assist anyone and had such a resepct and love for all.
He will be greatly missed and we feel a huge void."

In talking to Glenn K. earlier he shared with me that the family came to Addison to meet all those that Arnold had talked about for so many years, his other family. As people introduced themselves to his family they knew each one of them because Arnold had told them about each one of them by name.
This is so heartbreaking. I am writing this to raise money and ease the financial burden of laying an only son to rest and leaving behind a child who lost a father who worked so hard and dedicated his life to serving others and because this is what we do as an Arbonne family, we take care of one another.
Well Arnold many of us in the field may not have known you personally, but now it is our turn to serve you and to give back to you and your family because you no longer are able to. Praying for your Mom and Dad and your son that they will get through this and that the bright light you were to so many will continue to shine in them and help them get through their hardest days ahead of them. You will be missed and live in the hearts of all those that were lucky enough to know you!
