Jonathan's Van

Jonathan is 13 yrs. old, he was born with special needs. Jonathan has a tracheostomy and is ventilator dependent, because he was born with chronic respiratory failure. Jonathan is confined to a wheelchair and is dependent on my husband and myself for all of his needs. We are in need of a van with a handicap lift for Jonathan, so that he can go to all of his doctors appointments as well as outside activities. We appreciate any and all donations for Jonathan's van.
