Top surgery FTM

I am a transgender male and have been waiting for treatment for a very long time now, which is expected with the mental health NHS service. As fantastic as they are I'm personally in a desperate need to have top surgery! I'm 21 years old and haven't visited a swimming pool in over 5 years. Every summer I die from the need to wear a binder under my clothing. I live my life uncomfortably, almost waiting for it to begin, to be myself finally. I will be saving up money to have my top surgery done privately and I'm calling upon all my friends and people who know me to help if they can, doesn't even need to be a lot! All pennies make pounds. Help me start my life I'm waiting for happily and confident.
