Service Dog Fundraising

Hi there,

My name is Juels and I am hoping I can appeal to you to help me with fundraising enpugh money to help me get a service/assistant dog.   

You see last year I suffered severe back injury snd during my recovery my doctor diagnosed me with Multiple Sclerosis.  Needless to say I was stunned initially, but instead of wallowing in self pitty or thinking my life is over I decided to live and to do it as independantly as I can.

So after a year of dealing with MS and all the tests for the last year my last diagnosis wasn't bad, but it did show me my need for assistance will eventually come.  With that my doctor said that getting a service/assistant dog would help me manage my condition and help me maintain my independance.  

Now my journey took me to researching how to qualify and pay for an assistant dog.  I knew many agencies pair you up with a service dog for free, but that they encourage you to help fundraise the standard cost for raising and training such a dog.  

This is why I am here and asking for your help.  So if anyone can help I would greatly appreciate the kindness and I would find a way to pay it forward.
