Fire destroys home of Donya Young

Tragedy hits us all at some point in our lives and unfortunately this week it befell the Young-Beene family of Kerrville, Texas.  An extreme fire totaled the longtime residence Donya (mother), son Logan, and sisters Micajah and Rihannon. The only home these wonderful children have ever known was reduced to ashes along with all their belongings and memories.
With the new school year fast approaching this wonderful family is struggling to not only find shelter, but also clothes and all the basic needs of daily life that we all take for granted until they are gone. This family has long been a part of the heart of our community, and now they are in great need of our assistance.
We ask all that are able to make a donation of whatever you can, to help this mother and children rise from the ashes of this heartbreak and move forward in their lives. They have never turned away a soul that needed their assistance and we hope that in some small way we can repay their past kindness to others.
Donations to the family will help provide shelter, food and clothing until they are once again able to do so for themselves. Please assist us to remind this family and others in our community that when misfortune hits, no one is left alone. People helping people.
