Family Needs Help with Rent

Hey everyone, I know this is not like me, but right now my family and I are going through some financial difficulties. We have been, for a very long time and we've always barely made it through. This time, there's no other option, since my family and I had already maxed out our credit cards from cash advances to make up rent. I've already borrowed bank loans in the past and unfortunately I cannot borrow anymore. Right now we're struggling to pay off a lot of those credit cards and loans, but most importantly we're struggling to make enough for our rent at the moment.
Because of our financial struggles, we've always been moving place to place. My parents are getting old and their health is at risk since they're always pulling all-nighters working and having little to no sleep. A couple months ago, my brothers and I got into a really bad car accident that left us with no vehicle in the household. Our accident case hasn't been settled yet, so receiving the settlement is taking longer than expected.
We've already asked for an extension of the rent payment last week, unfortunately we were not able to make enough. Our landlord is only giving us until Wednesday the 24th to find $2,700 or else we'll be forced to leave again.
Again, this is not like me to ask, and I hate to do this, but if possible please help my family and I just this one time. Thank you.
