It is so difficult to share as it still doesn't seem possible that we are currently facing this loss.
To begin, at a time of great expectation of joy, Jon and Jen Schwab Stonecipher tragically lost their full term baby boy due to a clot in the umbilical cord. Kruce Schwab Stonecipher was delivered via c-section on July 15th 2016. He weighed 6lbs 13oz and was 19 1/2in long. Jen & Jon quickly pulled together to grieve this loss and hold tight to their daughter Kenley and each other.
We are heartbroken to share that on July 26th we faced another tragic loss. Jen passed suddenly from what is believed to be a clot in her lungs. We are asking that you please pray for the Stonecipher and Schwab families with special prayers sent up for her Jon Stonecipher and daughter Kenley as they navigate their grief and new reality.
We all feel profoundly lucky to have had such an amazing woman and best friend to guide us, advocate for us, and be an example of what inner strength and beauty is. We are all grieving deeply and appreciate the love and support so many of you have already offered.
With facing such significant losses, we seek to help lift some of the financial burden. We have established this fund to help Jon cover the impending hospital bills as well as the cost of services so he can focus on navigating this new path without the additional stress of this financial burden.
