Blake Farm Fund

Donation protected
Many many people in the Bethel community have reached out asking how they can help at this time. As some of you may know farmer Blake suffered a terrible accident last week. While caring for his "girls" he fell in the barn broke his left hip and his pelvis. He is now home recovering after surgery at Maine Med but this will be many long months. The farm has been in the Blake family for almost 200 years and Brian has worked tirelessly 7 days a week his entire adult life to keep the farm going. The Blake's are all extremely hard workers and some of the most kind and humble people you will ever meet. They can use the communities support at this time to keep things running without the man who does the work of six. Christine, Mallory, and Courtney all work full time and will spend the next few months working overtime to keep the dairy farm running. Money will go to feeding the cows, keeping tractors running, fencing, shavings, medical bills, paying help, and just about anything you can think of to keep a large farming operation going until the farmer can get back on his feet.  Many thanks in advance.
