Brandon Wall's Eagle Scout Project

My name is Brandon Wall. I am currently a Life Scout in the Boy Scouts of America. For those of you who don't know, the highest honor that a scout can receive is the rank of Eagle Scout. One of the requirements to become one is to lead others in a project that benefits the community. I am planning on creating a shelving unit for the scene shop at Davis Musical Theatre Company. They are a non-profit organization led by devoted volunteers. Their mission statement is "To conserve the Classic American Musical art form." Their scene shop contains an old plastic paint stoarge unit that is unstable and unorganized.



My plan is to create new shelves made of wood, and reorganize the paint to make paint accessibility for the theatre much easier. I need the funds for it as soon as possible. I age out of Boy Scouts in September so I need to get this done quickly. This project means a lot to me because becoming an Eagle Scout would be something that I would cherish for the rest of my life, and this is one of the steps to making this honor a reality. Plus DMTC has been a great creative outlet for my family and me. The theatre is very deserving. I have until July 31st to raise the money. If I go over my goal, the extra money will be used to buy new paint for the shelves. Please donate. Every little bit counts. I would be very thankful.
