Wayne Braxton Cataract Surgery Fund

Donation protected
We have started this campaign to fund our friend Wayne Braxton's cataract surgery and associated costs.

Wayne Braxton has made his living as a self emloyed gig musician, music teacher, and most recenty, his primary source of income has been driving for Uber. Wayne is a kind and generous soul who has been active in the recovery community for nearly 19 years and has counseled and mentored dozens of men seeking to make postive changes in their lives. Like many self employed, Wayne does not have health insurance and makes his living month to month. The onset of cataracts has rendered driving impossible and everday things like reading and using a computer difficlut at best.    His inability to drive has made it difficult to meet the financial responsibilities of car payments, insurance, rent, and utilities. To make ends meet, Wayne has sold nearly all of his music gear aquired over decades as a working musician and teacher.

Funds collected from this campaign will go towards cataract surgery, follow up doctor appointments, new eye glasses following surgery, unpaid time off work, back car payments, car insurance and rent. Waynes health is a priority and restoring his vision will make it possible for him to get back to work. Your contributions will help a selfless individual who has dedicated his life to working with others in need.

Thank you for your time and generosity!

No amount is too small.
