World's 1st ever 200' Global Table

Imagine if the entire world could sit together at one table and dine in peace?
I'm Sasha Martin, and I think it's possible. For almost four years I've been cooking my way around the world. Out of 195+ countries, we have less than two dozen countries to cook. We're almost done!
On October 12, 2013, I'll be celebrating the grand finale of our Global Table Adventure (and make history!) by attempting to present food from every country in the world on a 200 foot-long string of buffet tables in Philbrook Museum of Art's idyllic gardens - a peace statement and living art that's never before been attempted.
Guests will be delighted to taste any of the 200 dishes prepared by Platt Culinary and other area cooking schools, on a first come, first serve basis, buffet-style (Suggested donation: 1 can of food, to benefit the Oklahoma Food Bank.
Please note: We've removed the passport system for the Global Table Experience to honor the spirit of Philbrook Museum's "free day," which allows access to everyone regardless of their income or other criteria. As a result, the event will be on a first come, first serve basis.
Entertainment includes a special guest speaker, international art projects, and live international entertainment.
While Philbrook has been generous enough to donate their gorgeous grounds, I still need to cover miscellaneous rentals, printing, signage and more... which is why I've started this fundraiser. I hope you can help in whatever way possible.
