Fund doc on autism and companion dog

Donation protected
Help us make our documentary film "A Dog for Charlie" about a five year old boy with autism and a companion dog. This film will document Charlie and his family, and the dog that becomes Charlie's companion.

By this film we will illustrate autism and the help that can be given to children with autism through early intervention therapies though the lens of Charlie and his dog. With your contribution you will help us bring reasonsed and knowledgeable awarenss to the public about what autism is, what autism means, and how autistic behaviors can be alleviated through early detection and early theraputic intervention. Did you know that it is believed that the brain of the autistic child can actually be rewired such that the child can learn to interact and coummunicate by being with and observing the natural social nature of a dog?

We have already filmed Charlie and his family before receiving his dog, and the training of the dog. In the end of May Charlie's dog will "come home" to him. We will film this important introduction, and make return visits to see the progress of Charlie and his family. Your donation will help us with this filming as well as filming of scientific and theraputic experts and theraputic sessions. Our expenses are a director of photograpy, additional camera operators, sound and lights, travel and equipment, and research.

We are in the process of receiving 501(c)(3) approval and will notify you when this occurs such that your donation is tax deductible.
