Four legged Miracle fund

Just about 4 months ago, my life was changed...I fell in love with a blue nose pit bull at a local shelter in Buffalo NY. From the moment I saw him, I knew we were meant to be. Without hesitation, I adopted him and immediately fell in love! He Is the most sweetest, gentle soul. He adores all types of animals, loves being outside but most of all..in my time of need, he was there for me!

In June, I myself, was involved in an accident that required reconstructive facial surgery. I had 5 plates put in my face and also suffered a broken leg. During that time, Apollo NEVER left my side. He laid next to me, slept with me, and he comforted me. At the same time, we, my family and myself noticed him limping...brought him to a vet, they simply told us he was "fine". I knew something was wrong so I brought him back to the vet that worked with me during his adoption. We completed a series of tests, hoping for the best. Through these tests, it was determined he had a neurological disorder.

This past Wednesday evening, August 3, things took an extreme turn for the worst. He stopped walking and started to urinate on himself...I immediately brought him to the Emergency vet in Rochester, NY and they told us he needed an emergency MRI. They came back with numbers and it is just about $5,000 for the MRI and the Spinal tap. I know what you're thinking, just pay it...believe me, if I had it or any way of getting it, I wouldn't be asking anyone to help me out! I have been out of work since June 8, with my own injury. I depleted my savings, 401K, and every resource I have just to stay even with my bills and Apollo's vet bills.

ANYTHING will help...if you're local, I will take you to dinner and re-pay you once I am back on my feet. I adore this guy and my heart breaks.
