Our dog needs surgery

We got our dog Chapel, as a stray. He was hanging around a house & the owners learned he wasn't owned by anyone so they started looking for his forever home. Without hesitation, we took him in. By the 3rd night, he was sick. Vomiting & not eating or drinking. The next night he had bloody stools. We took him to the vet to learn he ingested a foreign object. He requires surgery to survive. We already love him so much in just the few days we've had him. He's such a sweet loveable dog. He's less than a year old & still has so many years ahead of him & I promise if you help us, we'll make sure he's the happiest dog ever. Thank you in advance ❤️
