MarLira is a mom & pop business sprouting up in our local community. A husband and wife team. Everything related to what is currently located in Coupland, Texas, we have participated in the growth of our business. We originally started with a vacant lot. Through bargaining agreemenets locally, we have cleared the land, placed a gravel pad to situate a Morgan building, and a concession tralier in a unique manner to give a "To-Go" atmosphere, which we provide. We really have put our "manual labor" to work. We are glad we are finally located in Coupland, Texas. We have many loyal customers who have followed us to previous locations. Now we are situated so all can find us. We hold the "cleanest" rating in our area in regards to retail food establishment inspection reports. And we recently received a five star rating on Yelp.
We are raising money for the expansion we need to keep up with our customer loyalty, and for future customers hearing about our foods.
We will be using the money for updated equipment like reigerators and cooking implements because our existing ones are pretty old according to today's standards. They work well, they keep foods well below the "cold" temperature requirements, and perfect cooking temperatures, but they are not as "energy conserving" as newer equipment.
We will also be using the money to finish our two projects for expanding the cooking areas to provide for smoking meats for our foods. We will also be using the money for advertisement hopefully on the main highway running a few hundred feet to the West of us. So far, our advertising success for the past 12 years is based on "word of mouth".
We will also be using the money for the state and local required "ventilation" system needed for the stoves, and grill.
We are grateful to anyone whom will help us in our business venture, so if the money comes, we will use accordingly to priority and provide updates to what we do, not only here, but also on our website at marlira.com.
The reason why this is so important to us is we have struggled in many ways, financially, emotionally, and spiritually. Yet by the grace of the Father, me and my wife have survived our long lasting relationship in a way most would not imagine. Yet, we are here asking for other to help us out.
We are thankful. Not because the words are easy to say, but we have been through a lot, and if anyone who has been in that situation know what "thankful" is.
We put this before you and only you can decide if we are worthy to receive your help.
