Uplifting Children's Give Challenge

Three years ago it started with a calling from God,  not knowing what was to come.  A step of faith has lead to Gods word being spread to thousands in Guatememala
.
Two years ago, there was a name. Uplifting Children's Ministries,  a new ministry, began sponsoring 3 children with care packages, school tuition, and the gospel. Little by little, David Lane ( Uplifting Children's Ministries Founder and Executive Director) continued to listen to the needs of Guazacapan, Guatemala and more and more children showed up to be sponsored, participate in youth groups, learn english, and so much more. It was overwhelming (in a good way) to say the least.

Then, the  founder of that little ministry, met the founder of the biggest ministry in Guatemala, Hope of Life international, Carlos Vargas. Hope of Life donated many supplies to Uplifting Ministries which helped Uplifting ministries continue sponsoring more kids, youth groups, and even an outreach to alcoholics.

Today the ministry has added a store and movie theatre to the mix, using the two to start personal relationships with the local Guatemalan people! Additionaly the ministry took another step of faith (are you catching a trend?)  and rented a larger facility to host American teams!

BUT GOD CONTINUE TO DO MORE, AND CHALLENGE PEOPLE TO JUMP IN AN BE A PART OF IT....

Carlos Vargas from Hope of Life has offered another huge help to Uplifting Children's ministries but we need your help! He has made us a promise, to buy an 8 acre piece of land, put up the buildings, and match every dollar raised. This will allow Uplifting to serve up to 600 more kids and families each week with a church, classrooms, recreational fields, trainings, and so much more.
