I've started this GoFundMe page to raise money for my brother, Jimmy Hicks. He's been living in our childhood home. On Sunday morning July 3rd, 2016 the home was destroyed in a fire. He was not home at the time and no one was hurt. We won't know how the fire started until the Fire Department completes their investigation. He had no home owner’s insurance.
The home must be demolished and we’re hoping to raise enough money for him so that he can rebuild a new home on the property, either modular or mobile or whatever he can afford.
As you can imagine, the house had a tremendous amount of memories for our entire family and we’re hoping Jimmy can rebuild.
For those who do not know my brother Jimmy, he is the kind of person that would do anything for anybody. He’d give you his last dollar. He is disabled and not able to work due to an accident that occurred while doing home improvements on the home that is now destroyed.
Please help me help my brother. Thank you.
