Wheelchair Accessible Van for Jack

Jack is 3 years old. He has quadriplegic cerebral palsy since birth. We’re raising money to purchase a wheelchair accessible van for him. My name is Reid Foster; I am his father.
About Jack
His disability aside, he’s a pretty typical 3-year-old. He just finished his first year of preschool. He enjoys building things with blocks, baking cakes, Sesame Street, and the dulcet tones of Laurie Berkner.
Transportation Needs
Every week, Jack goes to Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, Aqua Therapy, and Hippotherapy. To save you the Google search, it means riding a horse. There are museums, birthday parties, zoos, parks, concerts, and baseball games to learn from and enjoy. Up to this point, we’ve been getting by with a collapsible stroller. For Jack to benefit from these experiences, he needs the support provided by his specialized wheel chair, which is anything but collapsible.
About the Vehicle
Due to objections voiced by Jack’s mother, grandparents, teachers, therapists, and the State Police, strapping him to the roof of our Camry has been dismissed as an option. There are only a few standard passenger vehicles that can be converted for wheelchair accessibility. Fancier options allow for the vehicle to “kneel”. Some allow for the ramp to be deployed electronically. Luckily, we don’t need such luxuries. A "short cut" conversion of the Toyota Sienna with a manually-operated, rear-entry ramp will work well for Jack.
