Scott Cunningham Benefit

On Friday, June 24th, Scott Cunningham was involved in a violent, heartless attack near his home in Rocker, MT. While attempting to run off a trespasser, he was run over by his own truck which had been stolen by the offender.

Due to the traumatic injuries sustained, Scott was Life Flighted to Great Falls Benefis where he underwent several hours of scanning, blood transfusion, and surgery. Thanks to the skillful hands and quick action of a large team of specialists, he has been stabilized and is slowly recovering from a very large list of life threatening injuries. He is currently in the Intensive Care Unit where he undergoes 24 hour supervision and care.

Although he is a fighter and quickly on the mend, this is going to be a long, slow road to recovery. The surgeons are estimating that it could easily be a year or longer of intensive therapy and surgeries. On top of the staggering initial costs, our family will be facing hardship for some time. We have started this page as a way for people to show their support for a loved husband, son, Dad, grandpa, and friend that needs it now more than ever. Every little thing helps and is greatly appreciated.

For those of you who don't know, my name is Cody Cunningham and I am Scott's oldest son. My brother Zach and I are working on this page together to keep everyone up to date on our dad's progress. All donations will be directly deposited in my Mom and Dad's account at a local credit union and will be used to help cover the quickly amassing medical bills.
