Hugo's Bone Cancer Story

Hugo Diaz was 26 years old. He had a two year old daughter and an eight month old son. He was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma in October of 2015, had surgery in February of 2016 and in October of 2016 they told him the cancer had spread to his lungs and was Already very advanced. In January of 2017 they stopped treatment. Hugo passed away on February 5th 2017.
