My Father's Cancer Fund

Donation protected
My Father has been fighting Cancer for over 3 years. He was diagnosed in 2013 with T-Cell Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma. He fought hard to get through it and endured chemotherapy, surgery and radiation treatment. He was told he was clear after this, which we celebrated but he was never the man I know from the moment his Cancer was first diagnosed.
Early this year my Mother and I had to repeatedly rush my Father into A&E as he was incredibly ill and weak with very high fevers and alarming blood pressure, he couldn't walk, he couldn't eat, was dehydrated and he couldn't even speak - he spoke in garbled sentences which made no sense and all of his lymph nodes had swollen up to a huge size. It took 5 visits to the A&E and many worrying days and nights with my Mother and I nursing him 24 hours a day and giving him his medication, for the doctors to finally tell us that his Cancer had returned but this time he had B-Cell Lymphoma at Stage 4 - he is terminal.
The Cancer is everywhere in his body and it has affected his mind.
This was such a horrible shock and my Mother and I are heartbroken.
After this shock we learned that the Cancer in his mind had made his judgement impaired and he had taken out loans and credit cards. He has forgotten so much of his life and doesn't remember the debts or even what year it is sometimes.
I have tried to cope with my Father's debts but all I can really do is postpone his creditors wanting to be paid. My Mother assumed my Father knew what he was doing financially, but the doctors tell us that the Lymphoma has affected him mentally and has been doing so for some time. We noticed that he wasn't quite himself but didn't realise how badly the Cancer had affected his mind.
My Mother and Father have lived in their family home for over 40 years and now my Mother is terrified that she is going to be forced to leave.

My Father is having to be cared for in a home which my Mother and I cannot afford. He is then being moved to another place that is for extra care but it is an empty apartment with no furniture at all - we don't have the money to furnish it.
I realise that asking for money is a very big thing but I am asking for my parents' sake if you could please donate something - anything, to help my terminally ill Father.
He is such a kind and wonderful person. It breaks my heart seeing him like this.

Thank you so much.
