Rhonda & Jeremy Starting Over

My name is Lisa, and I am raising money for my friend Rhonda and her son Jeremy.  On the evening of June 23rd, Rhonda and her son Jeremy were evacuated from their home in Lake Isabella due to the Erskine Fire. Jeremy has Cystic Fibrosis and the smoke was making it difficult for him to breathe. Rhonda was able to get Jeremy, their dogs, his CF vest and medications, and left, hoping they would just be evacuated and would return the next day or when the fire was extinguished.  Sadly, Rhonda's home was burned in the fire.  Rhonda, Jeremy and their dogs are staying in a hotel while they come to terms with this devastating loss and planning to rebuild. It will be a long haul and they will need money for living expenses, food, clothing and to rebuild their lives.  They lost everything - but they have each other.  Rhonda and Jeremy are fighters - having fought Cystic Fibrosis all of these years -  and they are tough, but this is not anything anyone can ever prepare for.  We are thankful for anything you can give to assist Rhonda and Jeremy in getting back on their feet.
