Skin Surgery Removal lost -350lbs

Hi there, if you are reading this thank you. My name is Zach Moore, by looking at me at first if you did not know my backstory, I bet you wouldn't believe that I was close to being 500 pounds not long ago.

Long story short after losing 320 pounds and getting my life back, under control my left knee has decided to fail. I now am forced to have full left knee replacement surgery on February 8th 2017.

I will have several trips to and from my doctor for rehab and it's a 2 hour trip to and 2 hours from. So "hi again" even if you are able to help out with $5.00 I honestly will use it towards the smallest of things, like gas driving back and forth the next "up to 6months" again.
