Misti's Convention Trip to Philly

Hello! My name is Misti Meehan. I've been elected as a National Delegate for Indiana's 3rd District. I will be traveling to Philly for the Democratic National Convention in July.
I have spent a great deal of my life and education (Bachelor's of Public Affairs and Political Science) participating in politics. I have never missed a chance to vote, even in off years ;) I take every opportunity I can to make my voice heard, whether it's protesting RTW at the Statehouse in Indy or here at the Allen County Courthouse. I've protested, phonebanked, letter parties, signed petitions, volunteered in my community and for various campaigns. There have been numerous times I have volunteered as many hours as I've worked my full time job.
I attend local town halls, lectures, and presentations to be informed. I register people to vote no matter where I am. I believe it is our civic duty to participate and be heard. I will go to Philly and I will be heard on behalf of us all, Hoosiers and Americans. This platform has got to come back to working for the people.
Please donate what you can so I can get to Philly and be heard. I have transportation, hotel, and food costs for a week to cover. Know this, I will stand up and be counted. I will stand up and be heard. I have participated all my life and I'm sure as hell not stopping now.
