Jax needs your help!

Jax is having some serious health issues and his parents cannot afford to pay the giant vet bill, so they are considering putting him to sleep forever. His parents love him so much and don't want to have that happen. So I (sister in law) am doing this for them (because they are too stubborn to ask for help) so they wont have to make the choice with their fur baby.
