Hi Everyone,
I started the Women's Health and Fitness Summit in 2014, because I had a belief that we need to come together to improve the collective outcome for women's health.
I believe that our female clients aren't always served appropriately and with more education and understanding, we have it in our grasp to change that.
I believe that by bringing together the different modalities that serve women, then we will ALWAYS have better client outcomes.
I believe we should celebrate the work that we do in our workplace, because we share a collective passion for the betterment of women.
For those who attended the Summit in 2014 & 2015, you know that the energy at both of these events was vivid and alive.
I see no reason that the WHFS 2016 is not all of that and more.
But I am one person.
I am not a huge multi national corporate with unlimited funds.
In fact, I do the bulk of every part of the event largely by myself and pay wages to do parts of it, when I simply do not have the skills.
This event consumes me and it consumes my family and my close friends who know that I work tirelessly on it... all to make it a thing that is much bigger that what I can achieve as one person.
The Women's Health and Fitness Summit is a thing.
The Platform is a thing.
But it is in grave danger because of the cashflow of ticket sales and sponsorship compared to venue hire and other related costs that putting on an event such as this incurs.
I am putting it out to my sisterhood, and my community, and all those who also see the value of this event, to get behind the WHFS and please support to ensure this event goes ahead and continues to be a thing!
I am asking you, if you see value in this event and would like to be a personal sponsor, then any donation will be gratefully received.
If you are a business and would like to make a donation to be a sponsor, then this will be gratefully received.
If you are unable to make it, but would like to pledge your support, then your donation will be gratefully recieved.
If you are involved already with the event, and this has given you a free or discounted ticket, then your donation will be gratefully received.
Every person or business who donates will be acknowledged (if you wish, annonymous is ok too) via our website and at the event.
The money raised will go 100% into the event.
