Discover Santa Documentary

Directed by Santa Bo Turner, the "Discover Santa" documentary will follow the Discover Santa 2016 will be held in Branson, Missouri, July 6-10, 2016.  It be the World's largest ever meeting of Santas and Mrs. Claus.  There has never been another event similar to this, anywhere, anytime.

Our goal is to record the weeks activities and produce a documentary that will document everything that happened.  from the opening "Kringle Family Reunion"  to the Closing with the "International Hall of Fame"  induction ceremonies.


Included will be the "Parade of Red Suits" ; "SNO-lympics " (Santa Games); The "Santa UN-Run" ;"Red Suit Gala"  Dinner with Fashion Show; Car Show, Blood Drive; Golf Tournament; Workshops; "Kringle Family Showcase"  (Vendor Fair); and lots of activities and interviews with conventioni attendees and participants.

We will also film a lot of the "behind the scenes" segments to give everyone a good idea of how this all came together. 

Plans are also to stream live video from the Parade and possible other Convention events.

Currently we have been using funds from the convention registration to cover costs.  But in order to do a 'bang-up" job, our director, Santa Bo Turner is bringing in extra equipment and staffing.  

Plus after the convention is over, there will be  additional costs for editing, music and other details in order to make this a quality documentary.  

Funding is needed now to allow us to rent other equipment.  The better the fundng, the higher the quality of equipment we can rent.  

Even if  you are not attending the convention, this documentary will be a true testment to the past and the future of our work, our dedication and our service.  It will also be a legacy to show the future generations of what we have accomplished.

Our goal is to raise a minimum of $25,000.   $30, $40 or $50 thousand would be even better, as the better our funding, the better quality the equipment we can rent.

For everyone who makes a donation of $25 or more, you will be listed in the credits.  

Donors of $50 or more, will  be listedn in the credits and receive a completed copy of the documentary.

Donors of $100 or will be listed in the credits as a Supporting Sponsor and receive two copies of the documentary.

Donors of $250 or more will be bold double spaced listed in the credits as Executive Sponsors and receive five copies of the documentary and recognition at all premieres showings.

Company or Individual donors of $1,000 or more will be listed in the Opening Credits as a Producer, will have closing credits with company Logo, and also receive  multiple copies of the Documentary.  

Donors  who wish to make larger contributions, will receive special Producer recognition at the opening of the documentary, to be negotiated.  This could include  listing as Executive Preoducer,  an opening video panel with your logo and company name, plus special recognition at the premiere events when the documentary if released.
