Roland's Battle

Hi, 
My name is Myra Gregory and I am the mother of three handsome, smart young men. I have started this fund to help my son Roland. Roland is 9 years old and is very creative, energetic, artistic, and simply beautiful.

On Friday May 13, 2016, our lives changed for dramatically. Roland has been diagnosed with an extremely rare form of lung cancer, undifferentiated carcinoma. Since then, he has underwent a biopsy and open chest surgery, where they removed part of the tumor thats covering his entire left lung. We start chemotherapy today, June 14, 2016.  The doctors say they will be injecting him with the chemo meds for 24 hours b/c his cancer is malignant, meaning its growing fast. We recently had a PET scan done which confirmed that the cancer has spread to his left clavical lymphnode and to the lining of his lungs. 

Throughout this horrible ordeal Roland has remained positive and in good spirits. Your donation and spreading of the word means alot to me, bc this is my son, my firstborn son. All donations will be used for medication, hospital bills, toys, and games, whatever he is wanting. We want to keep Roland happy and comfortable, and he deserves that.
