Memories to last a lifetime

In March my sister Samantha Chapman (28) was diagnosed with cancer in various different places. She has undergone Chemo and Radiotherapy, spending lots of time in hospital. Sadly we were given the devastating and truly heartbreaking news that the cancer has spread and there is unfortunately nothing more that can be done to help Sam. We have been given an awful time frame of between 9-18 short months left with us.
Sam and her husband Colin have three beautiful babies of 4,5 and 6.
We have set this page up to raise funds in the hope that when Sam is well enough they can enjoy days out and make lasting memories for the children and Colin.
If this exceeds our dreams then anything left will be placed into trust for the children.
