Help my sister get home♡

My little sister is 14 years old. Her name is Isabella. At the moment she is bouncing around from home to home in foster care in Hawaii. Her mother has been a rotten person to this little girl. Even when living with her mother they had been kicked out of their house and living in a tent on the island .The reason my sister is in foster care is because her mother had thrown pots and pans at her and she actually hit my sister. She's hit her with a broom , and has kicked my 14 year old sister out of the place they were staying . What kind of a person does that to a child. All of that has happened in a course of a few weeks. Her mother bought food at the beginning of the month , they run out so quickly they barely have anything left by the middle of the month. Her mother isn't the brightest person in the bunch. Because of what her mother has been putting her through... it might not matter much to you guys but as a last resort to excape from the abuse and pain... she has started smoking pot. Im trying to get my sister home , and away from her abusive mother. My sister is 14 years old , she shouldn't be going threw all this at that age. I want to bring her home where she will live with me and be taken care of . She doesnt talk to her dad on a day to day basis. He lives in new york . He hasn't really tried to get her here like I am trying. Even when she was with him , he had paid more attention to his girlfriend and her child then his own. He stays out late till like 12 am , leaves my sister home alone to fend for her self. I want my sister to come home. I'm asking for help , so that I can set her room up , get clothing for winter and summer time here . To get the right shoes for her . Just all in general take care of her. She's a bright young lady who just needs a break from what is being done to her . To have a new life , where she won't have to worry about anything anymore and just to be the child that she is and to have a life. Not to worry if she's gonna be hurt or bounce around from place to place. I'm asking for help and prayers to help get my little sister home . If I don't get her to a safe place here , I fear the worst may happen to her. I'm trying to work with the systems in Hawaii , but it can possibly take up to a few months to get her here and stable. The cost of a plane ticket will be $500-$600 to get her here on a one way. Please help me.
